Public-Private Partnership (PPP)

We work with public institutions and strategic partners to structure commercially viable projects around clearly defined responsibilities, risk allocation, affordability and long-term performance.

Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)

Under BOT structures, the private project company develops, finances, delivers and operates the asset for an agreed concession period before transferring it in accordance with the project agreement.

Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT)

BOOT structures provide a long-term framework for development, ownership and operation during the concession period, followed by transfer under agreed contractual conditions.

Our role extends beyond construction. We coordinate the commercial, institutional, financial and technical workstreams required to move projects from concept toward implementation and long-term operation.
