iGreen Engineering & Property Development Ltd is a Ghanaian project development company advancing institutional real estate and infrastructure through disciplined project origination, PPP/BOT/BOOT structures, financing coordination and international delivery partnerships.

Who we are

From opportunity identification to long-term asset delivery.

Founded in 2022, iGreen focuses on student accommodation, hospitality, affordable and staff housing, and institutional infrastructure. Our role extends beyond construction: we originate opportunities, structure projects, coordinate stakeholders and financing, and assemble the technical and delivery relationships required to move developments toward implementation.

Our approach is built around long-term institutional partnerships and project structures that align public-sector needs, private capital and professional delivery capability.
