PPP

Public–Private Partnership

A structured collaboration between a public or institutional partner and private-sector participants to develop and deliver infrastructure or services under agreed responsibilities and risk allocation.

BOT

Build–Operate–Transfer

The project is developed, financed and built for operation over an agreed concession period, after which the asset is transferred in accordance with the project agreement.

BOOT

Build–Own–Operate–Transfer

A long-term structure under which the project vehicle owns and operates the asset during the agreed term before transfer under the contractual framework.
