The proposed Hilton Garden Inn Sunyani is being developed as a professionally branded hospitality asset, combining international hotel standards with coordinated local project development, technical delivery and long-term operations planning.

iGreen's development work includes technical coordination with Casais Ghana Ltd and project-team engagement involving Casais, Hilton and iGreen representatives, supporting the continuing design and delivery-development process.
iGreen Engineering leadership, the Casais Ghana technical team and the PwC team have participated in strategic project-development and technical coordination sessions concerning the Hilton Garden Inn Sunyani development. The working sessions support design review, feasibility and development requirements, delivery planning and continuing technical coordination.
